    We fined at the Allerton Hall a few days ago, and from start to finish the experience was great.We rang ahead beforehand to discuss our group needing a wheelchair access, and one of the group being severely allergic to gluten - and the manager I spoke to on the phone was very helpful with addressing both of these issues.Upon arrival, we were helped in by a member of the team, and shown through to an accessible table. We opted to order from the main menu due to allergy concerns. We were initially served by Luke for drinks, but who then passed over to Mark as manager to take the order with someone who had a bit more knowledge of the allergy procedures - and whilst placing the order the chef on duty Chris happened to come by and also helped put our mind at ease about the policies/procedures that were in place to make things safe. It's great to see the allergy taken seriously, and everyone involved couldn't have been more helpful and understanding at every stage.The food itself was very nice as well, with our group going for a good mix of different types of dishes, but everyone being very satisfied at the end.All in all, a great experience. Our thanks go out to everyone involved in making our night.

    Greeted at the door and directed to the breakfast room. We were first in and the breakfast bar had a huge selection of hot, fresh food. Tea and coffee were available and bread ready for toasting. Everything was delicious and all staff were really helpful (veggie sausages cooked to order as they spoil on the pass otherwise) and friendly. Great breakfast, great service and really good value.

    We attended the Hall on Christmas Day with our family group of nine for our Christmas meal. The welcome, service and comfort was first class. Our three course meal was served impeccably very pleasant staff and the food was extremely well presented and cooked all courses being of the correct temperature. The menu choices impeccable. When we were pleasantly full our desserts were packed up to be taken home. Big thanks to all the management, staff and all concerned. We would without hesitation recommend to all to visit in future as we certainly will be.

    We thoroughly enjoyed all that was on offer at tge carvery. Everything was cooked with care and delicious. Good value for money.I ordered the sirloin and although slight chewy it was cooked to perfection. Good seasoning and flavoursome.The place lucks ambiance. The waiting staff are very friendly. A special mention to Ella and Jojo.
